- •Clients must provide truthful and lawful information
- •Verification results reflect findings at the time of assessment
- •Nthabiseng does not guarantee employment outcomes
- •Reports are confidential and intended only for authorised use
B. Financial Integrity & Forensic Investigations
- •Investigations are evidence-based and professionally independent
- •Findings do not constitute judicial determinations
- •Nthabiseng is not liable for actions taken by third parties based on reports
- •Clients must preserve evidence and cooperate lawfully
C. Insurance & Risk Solutions
- •Insurance cover is subject to insurer terms and underwriting decisions
- •Nthabiseng acts as an intermediary, not the insurer
- •Claims outcomes are determined by insurers, not Nthabiseng
- •Accurate disclosure by clients is mandatory
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information
- •Use services lawfully and ethically
- •Respect confidentiality and intellectual property
- •Settle agreed fees within stipulated timelines
4. Fees & Payment
- •Fees are agreed in writing before service commencement
- •Late payment may result in service suspension

5. Confidentiality
All non-public information exchanged remains confidential unless:

6. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Disputes fall under Zimbabwean courts.
